Auto detect tab length on the openning file, and update the editor's tab length property.

Or you can use the shortcut to set up the tab length

• ctrl-alt-1: auto update all opened editors' tab length
• ctrl-alt-2: overrides the current editor's tab length to 2
• ctrl-alt-4: overrides the current editor's tab length to 4
