spacemacs-dark-syntax theme

This is an atom adaption of one of my all time favorite themes, Spacemacs Dark for Emacs.

It's unusual comments and bold colors make for a very distinct and fun theme. I prefer to use the Atom Material theme, but any dark UI theme should work well.
