pacmanfy atom package

Active with cmd-shift-c in Mac OS or ctrl-shift-c in windows and linux or through the command panel with Pacmanfy: Toggle.

This Version supports selection and Switching between tabs. Once created the Pacman, it will appear in every tab. Also you can destroy it anywhere. Have Fun!
