ms-clean package

A simple atom package that replaces MS Word smart quotes and other UTF characters with ascii or HTML entity name or decimal.

It currently replaces:

• Single smart quotes to ascii single quotes
• Double smart quotes to ascii double quotes
• em dash to —
• two-em dash to —
• © to ©
• ™ to ™
• ® to ®
