A Monokai syntax theme variant with some subtle, relaxing tweaks

Based on the original Atom Monokai theme - https://github.com/kevinsawicki/monokai

### Tweaks
- increased line-height
- changed default font
- subtle, low-contrast invisible characters
- toned down wrap-guide
- changed bg color to match Monokai from Sublime
- more padding in line number gutter
- brighter highlighting
