Tron Legacy syntax theme for Atom 1.13.0

This is a modified of Riari theme for Atom 1.13.0 (https://github.com/Riari/tron-legacy-atom)

This is a conversion of Dayle Rees' Tron Legacy for TextMate (https://github.com/daylerees/colour-schemes/blob/master/legacy/TronLegacy.tmTheme) with some tweaks of my own.
