Hyperclick support for LaTeX

Adds hyperclick support for LaTeX. Currently supports file hyperlinking for \input, \include, \includeonly, or \subfile macros and %!TeX root comments. Reference hyperlinking is available for ref, fancyref, varioref, hyperref and cleverref.
