Atom language support for HART Foundation ddl and dd files.

DDL and DD files for the HART Foundation devices follow a similar syntax and structure as C/C++. This language support package is a modified version of the language-c syntax package for Atom with the addition of keywords and built-in functions specific to the HART specification.
