Touhou Danmakufu support for Atom

Adds syntax highlighting to Touhou Danmakufu scripts in Atom.

Largely ported from the more feature-rich sublime-danmakufu package for Sublime Text.

The file-icons Atom package has icon support for .dnh files, so if you are interested, check it out.
